On Wednesday, May 28th, FAI Padova Cooperative held an inspiring new chapter of the “Cohousilience” project, with an experiential workshop focused on conflict management and shared decision-making in co-housing. The meeting was led by Ilaria Locati – psychotherapist, group analyst, and COIRAG trainer – and aimed at exploring how to recognize and address conflict in shared living, practical tools for managing diversity, daily governance and decision-making processes.
