On March 26th, Cooperativa FAI Padova held it’s first local meeting of five as part of the activities of the EU project Cohousilience. The topics were introduction to an innovative Cohousing, Managing diversity: conflict management tools and Different types of services in a cohousing focusing on informing 17 employees of FAI who will work in Casa Gaia, FAI’s newly established cohousing located in Vigonza, Padova. Presenters were Chiara Lari (FAI’s cohousing director and president) and Ilaria Locati (a psychologist, psychotherapist, and group analyst.)

The main objectives of the meeting were: sharing with the participants fantasies, theories, and desires related to co-housing. Gathering proposals and images from the working group, encouraging exchange and creativity. Promoting the co-construction of the concept of co-housing, innovative in the social landscape we know.
