On May 14th, Cooperativa FAI Padova held it’s second local meeting of five as part of the activities of the EU project Cohousilience.

The topics were different models of cohousing, social convivial aspects and self management teams. They explored dragon dreaming methodology, the three categories of roles in a cohousing team making role and group creation practical exercises with some employees of FAI who will work in Casa Gaia, FAI’s newly established cohousing located in Vigonza, Padova. Presenters were Laleh Esfandiari (cohousilience project coordinator) and Andrea Poser (manager of Casa Gaia, FAI’s cohousing).
